Learn Hypnosis

Why does anyone want to learn hypnosis, and can they actually do it? Many people are interested in hypnosis, being hypnotized, and hypnotizing others. It actually seems to work, but it is likely that some people are better suited to falling under the scale of hypnosis than others. It is just as likely some people just “play along”, and just pretend to be under a hypnotic trance. Hypnotizing people puts them in a vulnerable position, where they seem to do whatever is suggested to them. However, no matter how deeply a person seems to be in a hypnotic state, they usually will not do anything that is contrary to what they would normally do. It is highly likely they will remember everything that happened, even though that is not what we see in the movies.
Learn Hypnosis
To learn hypnosis, you need to learn several relaxation exercises. These are to relax you as well as the person, or persons, you are going to hypnotize. Let yourself breath deeply, relax your shoulders, your arms and let you head roll on you shoulders til you feel relaxed. Give yourself a shake and then take turns relaxing your arms, one by one, and then your legs. When the tension is all gone, work on focusing on some object you’ve brought with you to hypnotized your subjects. Yes, this is in essence, hypnotizing yourself, but it helps you to know how relaxed your subjects will be when you get to the point of suggesting they act in certain ways. It may be surprising, but your subjects will relate to your state of mind, and if you are relax, it will relax them better, thus creating a better atmosphere for the hypnosis to take place.
When you set yourself up to actually hypnotize someone, you will find out it doesn’t work as you thought. You will not put someone in a trance and send them out to rob a bank for you. You will not make someone fall in love with you. A person in a hypnotic state is only deeply relaxed, not brainwashed, that’s another lesson. When you learn hypnosis, you will learn how it works and what usually happens to your subjects. You must avoid trying to hypnotize anyone against their will. Don’t expect to look into your supervisor’s eyes and get a raise. Never be cruel to your subjects, do not try to embarrass anyone. Hypnosis is not to be use for evil, it is for fun, and if you can learn to do it, you can have lots of fun with this new talent.
There are lots of techniques to hypnotizing people. Books on hypnosis can be extremely long and full of many details. To properly learn hypnosis, try to learn only one technique at a time. Don’t expect to learn it all in one reading, and use it tomorrow. Remember to be relaxed during your learning experience, stop and practice the technique you just researched, and see if it relaxes you. If it does, you are getting somewhere. Being overwhelmed by all you are learning isn’t going to help you with the relaxing part of learning hypnosis. When you have learned a little, practice this knowledge on someone and see if it works. Maybe some of the techniques you learn won’t have the effect you read about. Maybe only a few of the techniques actually work. Taking your time to learn, practice and focus, you can learn just the right technique that works for you to hypnotize anyone.
